In the face of cameraphones with ever increasing megapixels, the iPhone (even the 3GS) has been much maligned for its supposedly poor camera quality. 

There are however, people who embrace hardware limitations, make up for it with incredible composition, and tactful editing, resulting in some incredible shots which put many high end cameras to shame.  Here are 12 awesome iPhone photography resources.

    Agreed. Great post. I think Meg Pickard’s post alone should be recommended reading for those new to iPhone photography.

    Another great iPhoneography resource is the blog Life in LoFi: iPhoneography, http://lifeinlofi.com .

    I publish the blog and along with guest authors, I think we do an excellent job of writing about iPhone photo apps, shows and news. We wirte from the perspective that traditional photography rules and techniques apply to iPhone photography and try to pass those on.

    Good iPhoneography starts with a good photograph before you start apping it up.
