eBible.com is a Web 2.0 Christian Resource which does particularly well in the intergration of multiple resources to add value what you search for.
Multiple sources of bibles, expert commentaries, encyclopedias, and dictionaries, are queried when you search for a verse to add context to your search results, and you can also pick your favourite sources so they rise to the top.

As TechCrunch notes, it would be great to have a search engine that goes across religions and allows the user to find different viewpoints on key issues about life, but I can personally see the problems that would arise from sticky accusations of bias towards one angle or the other.
Nevertheless, this is one of the best Biblical resource I’ve ever seen. Signup for the beta here, and check out their blog here.
