Some time back, I took a look at Imagery (The ultimate frontend for Google Images).

While this is still great for finding images online, there’s always the issue of image copyrights to contend with if you want to publish them online, and the quality of those images may sometimes be lacking.

Flickr-storm is a Flickr search front-end which puts together a really good set features which include:

• Discovering related tags
• Batch downloading
• Search within Creative Commons photos for free use.

Talk about timing! ONE day after I finished my move to Wordpress, Google decides to update the much maligned Blogger platform *sigh*

Key features include:

• Toggling your blog permissions to restrict viewing.
• You can add post footers for your RSS feed to include e.g. RSS ads.
• and yes CATEGORIES!

About seven months ago I started this weblog of interesting technology which I liked, not knowing how interested I would be keeping this up.

After 77 posts, almost 30,000 unique visitors and more than 37,000 pageviews later, I realised I kinda like doing this. Anyway, I’ve finally made the move off blogspot and onto my very own wordpress host.

Many thanks to my host Easynet Interactive who provided some excellent support during transition, Malaysia Bloggers Forum, for all the tips, and LiewCF for all his Wordpress knowledge.

Most of all thank YOU for even stopping by (and reading this far down this navel gazing personal post).
