Where to Download Old Versions of Software

New isn’t always better. I recently reformatted my hard drive and had to reinstall all the software. In certain cases I found that official web sites only had the latest version of the software up for download, and my licenses were only compatible with older versions.

If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, or simply preferring an old version of software, you can try OldVersion.com or OldApps.com. Both these sites offer up a healthy selection of previous releases ranging from drivers to system utilities

A word to the wise - Some services may only work well with the latest versions. Older versions may have bugs, security flaws, or may no longer be supported by the manufacturer.
