There are several easy ways to .  First of all there’s the official FIFA website.  It’s pretty good, and well organized, but the long advertisements within video is irritating.  Also, because this is supposed to be an international site, the videos do not have commentary on them, which can be a bit of a let down when it comes to watching goal highlights.

101 Great Goals is another excellent resource for videos.  Each video stems for a well written football blog entry which gives you an excellent preamble of the video you can then click through to watch.

Other football sites like FootyTube, SoccerClips, and Mighty Football are great video resources as well, providing highlights, goals and other interesting World Cup related videos.
