I use Infix PDF Editor from Iceni to edit PDF files. Works very well & has way more functionality than you would expect from a PDF Editor - just like using a design/layout/word processor program.

I use a lot of pdf files for my crafts. One of the sites has begun including advertising in the pdf files, I don't need that. How can I remove those pages?

There is actually an easier way to print print-protected PDF. Copistar automatically captures all on-screen pages of a document and outputs them into a printable pdf file.
It works for me anyway.

2 questions. Firstly, is it Vista compatible? Secondly, will it work with a encrypted pdf?

I use PrimoPDF as an ad hoc personal print queue. Our printer at work is far away. So, using the PrimoPDF print driver, I simply append anything I want to print to a single PDF file. Then, when I'm going near the printer, I print that one file which now consists of everything I've wanted to print all day. Very handy.

@Wayne: You can only modify normal PDF files - protected PDFs are.... well... protected :)

You could however try screencapping the protected PDF file then making the modifications on the picture, then reconverting back to PDF.

If the document is protected, can we still make modifications on it? Is there any good PDF writer to recommend?
