		<description>well, you can turn automatic update off temporarily till you want to restart your PC.

Control Panel -&gt; Automatic Updates -&gt; Turn off Automatic Updates -&gt; Apply. 

I always uses that when it keep nagging me to restart and of course I will turn it back on right before I restart my PC.</description>
