Looks like there may have been an update or something. You can’t delay it for 24 hours now, instead max is 30 minutes.

There is a way to disable it in home edition.

well, you can turn automatic update off temporarily till you want to restart your PC.

Control Panel -> Automatic Updates -> Turn off Automatic Updates -> Apply.

I always uses that when it keep nagging me to restart and of course I will turn it back on right before I restart my PC.
