I like http://www.fastdue.com. I has invoices, forms, and contracts for free. What I like best is you fill out the forms on your browser – and they’re well-designed nice looking forms – and I can add my own logo, attach documents, and edit the forms pretty much the way I want them.

This really helps me out when a client owes me money and I don’t want to appear to dun them — having a third party billing layer gets me paid without straining the relationship.
