I have been using it for 3 months and it stalls out and crashes all the time. You'll get a message "Not Responding" or the window will just stop working. I think they need to spend more time making a product that doesn't time out all the time; and NO IT'S NOT my internet connection as it sometimes says. I’d have to say TuneUp is weak at best.
