There are a few GREAT conversion utilities. dvdsoft has a great one, and there is also replay converter, and WM converter which convert MOST formats you can get ahold of:

There are a lot of similar services since online video get popular. I would rather choose download movie in DivX/XviD format and use my own software to convert it. This is to make sure i have the original movie and i can resize or change the quality anytime i want.

Due the limited upload and download speed provided by streamyx, I prefer converting video with software.

Zamzar works for me. It has a javascript button “Convert with Zamzar” which sits in my bookmarks toolbar. If you have got a video on a page, just click on button.

mux is another alternative.
